Sarah Palin Praises Point Clear Alabama And Announces A New Tour With Franklin Graham

By Kathleen

Sarah Palin spoke as the keynote speaker at a fundraiser for exceptional people last night and astonishingly apparently still believes that President Bush laid the ground work for the operation that led to the killing of Osama Bin Laden and that President Obama's name need not be mentioned. Her petty and divisive remarks were again totally at odds with the mood of civility, relief and pride in President Obama that most Americans presently display. Even Obama critic Dick Cheney praised President Obama by name for his handling of the operation.

Palin went on to call for the release of photos of Osama Bin Laden after his death in order for the world to know that the United States will not be challenged. I wonder what Palin will have to say if the release of such photos by the White House incites even more hatred against the United States and its citizens? Meanwhile as Palin baits and taunts it will be President Obama who has another tough call to make. She's not Presidential material -- she's a rabble rouser who is quickly losing her rousing ability.

During her speech Palin also announced that today she will visit parts of tornado torn Alabama with Franklin "doubting Palin will run and Obama should show his birth certificate" Graham of Samaritan's Purse as part of his rebuild Alabama spiritual band-wagon. Graham says that the "primary mission is to provide spiritual need and counselling" which is "just as important in times of need as physical donations." So no need for Palin to whip out the cheque book then is there?

Franklin Graham is absolutely 100 per cent certain that people like Osama Bin Laden will be thrown into hell and so will the rest of us if we don't adhere to his particular brand of "Christianity." That doesn't seem fair to me, however, according to Graham, "Jesus took our sin and now we have to pay with our belief in him in order to have eternal life." Bill O'Reilly plays the "innocent massacred children" trump card arguing that Graham's dogma should not apply to everyone and that he personally cannot imagine that God would reject such children. Graham says "forget the children" in order to make his point. His God doesn't differentiate -- when it comes to belief in Him there is no wriggle room.

Franklin Graham forgets "the children" when it suits his authoritative view -- most of the time he is reaching out to save them via boxes filled with balloons, pencils, socks and most importantly cash. Cash for administrative purposes, of course. He's counting children's souls by the millions.............

Besides his faith in cash for children's souls Graham also believes that the damage and destruction that he saw in Alabama at the weekend was amongst the worst he had ever seen in the world -- including the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. That statement explains a lot about Graham's beliefs. Perhaps biblical scenes of destruction do not count for much when the country is not a christian one? To Graham it would seem that a disaster in the USA is worth at least a hundred times the disaster that occurred in a non believing country. Franklin Graham's ignorance shines like his greasy head of hair. Please do not support him or his organisation. If you want to make sure that your donations will be used appropriately then there are a number of legitimate organisations that you can contact here.

Finally, Sarah Palin needs to be put back in her place as the hockey mom from Wasilla. She's fast running out of time and fast running out of ideas. She's not the crowd teaser pleaser that she once was either. Oh she may elicit the occassional kaboom from her aging audience and her most ardent supporters but she herself has shown that she is not in step with the mood of the rest of the country and she never will be.

And yes -- the jacket is awful.

Why Has The Pro Palin Website Conservatives 4 Palin Banned Discussion regarding President Obama’s Birth Certificate?

Guest Post by Kilob

In the thirty months since Barack Obama was elected President, countless right leaning websites and other persons now referred to as Birthers have spotlighted a manufactured rumor that President Obama is not a US citizen, and therefore cannot be the legitimate President of the United States of America. Sarah Palin, the former Alaskan governor and now exiled Fox News contributor has cautiously tiptoed around the subject early on by saying “it should be part of the national discussion”. Mrs. Palin has recently taken on a more aggressive stance by backing public comments made by businessman / perpetual bankruptcy filer and television celebrity Donald Trump. Trump has stated “a great fraud has been perpetrated on the American people”. The Donald continues to ratchet up his comments on a daily basis with no proof that any fraud or cover up has existed.

In the blogosphere a website honoring the remarkable daily achievements of Sarah Palin called, Conservatives 4 Palin have put their foot down on the Obama birth saga and discussion surrounding it. The blogs owner has recently published house rules when it comes to the Obama birth certificate.

Regarding the Birther Issue

Posted on April 14 2011 - 4:22 PM - Posted by: Sheya

Our readers are aware that this site has a zero tolerance when it comes to the birther issue. We do not discuss it, advocate it, promote it, and we do not allow this issue to be discussed in the comments section. It’s silly and, frankly, beneath this site.

As I’ve noted in a recent post, Governor Palin made it clear that she believes the President was born in Hawaii and does not question his faith. She believes this issue is a distraction. However, if others want to pursue it on their own dime, that’s their priviledge and it’s not the Governor’s place to stop them. It’s a free country. She has stated numerous times that she doesn’t consider the birther conspiracy theory to be a valid issue, and we agree. It’s as distracting as it is annoying, and it’s not qualitatively different than 9/11 trutherism.

In recent weeks, since Donald Trump brought the issue to the forefront and Governor Palin was asked about it, we gave the issue some leeway. But now it’s time to move on. Debating this non-issue reflects poorly on this site and what we stand for. It distracts from the important issues facing the nation.

We are now reinstating our zero tolerance policy on this topic. We ask our readers to refrain from debating it on this site. Birther comments will be summarily deleted, and repeat offenders will be permanently banned without warning.

Let’s not forget what’s really important.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Note: I am aware that this post may invite discussion on the issue, so here is a news item you can talk about.

So the site thinks something Sarah believes in is silly, whilst they offer a smorgasbord of topics that quite frankly makes you shake your head in disbelief. For a pro Palin website to limit discussion on a topic that demands closure needs to be explained beyond what the blogs owner wants to portray in her closed door policy and penalty if you abuse the privilege by posting a comment on a topic that she is in fear of and cannot contain once the discussion commences.

Questions still persist regarding that truthfulness of Sarah Palin’s birth of her fifth child, Trig, on April 18, 2008. Prior to her being chosen as running mate to John McCain in August of 2008, rumors and speculation made the rounds in tiny city of Wasilla Alaska and even the larger cities of Juneau, Anchorage and Fairbanks that she faked her pregnancy and continues to lie and fabricate new tales to ward off the inconsistencies of her previous historical recollections that seem to come up each time she openly speaks about it and wants to add more drama and intrigue based on the group she’s being paid to woo money from their own pockets.

Recently Northern Kentucky University’s Associate Professor of Journalism, Brad Scharllott, undertook his own research as to why the national media refused to look into the Trig birth rumors after Palin was chosen by John McCain for his VP in the 2008 election. Professor Brad Scharlott has pulled no punches in his paper and has finally asked the taboo question many have failed to ask. In the time since the election, Sarah Palin has never put the lingering rumors to rest even though she’s had countless chances to do so after Trig Palin was delivered like a Dominos pizza.

Why is Conservatives for Palin so fearful to allow open and free discussion regarding the Obama birth when their blog entries entail everything positive of Sarah Palin and everything she stands for including now being an Obama birther? The only logical reason is the owner of C4P may herself question Palin’s honesty regarding Trig, and will go to great lengths to keep it out her blog and protect their vision of Saint Sarah. For a website like C4P to closet a topic now so close to Sarah’s heart clearly shows some of Sarah Palin’s closest followers and cheerleaders now question her honesty and integrity when it comes to Sarah Palin and the supposed birth of her son on April 18, 2008.

Sarah Palin goes "birther": Supports Donald Trump's birther investigation, claims that Obama spent two million dollars to hide his birth certificate

By Patrick

Sarah Palin is getting desperate. Not being that great star any more whose tweets are intensively discussed nationwide, she now uses a new strategy to reclaim the headlines and also the hearts and minds of the teabaggers: Follow Donald Trump's lead and become an "Obama birther!"

Today on Fox News, she had the following to say to "Judge Jeanine" in respect to Donald Trump's current "birther investigation":

“You know, more power to him. He’s not just throwing stones from the sidelines. He’s digging in there. He’s paying for researchers to know why President Obama would have spent two million dollars to NOT show his birth certificate. So more power to him…

…well you know I think he was born in Hawaii because there was the birth announcement put in the newspaper. But, obviously if there’s something there that the president doesn’t want people to see on that birth certificate. Then he seems to go to great lengths to make sure it isn’t shown.”

Watch:

The claim that president Obama spent "two million dollars" in order to not show his birth certificate is complete nonsense. Maybe Sarah Palin needs to go to journalism school again to get her facts straight?

Mother Jones has the real story regarding this bogus claim - excerpts:

Is President Barack Obama spending millions of dollars to hide the truth about his citizenship?

During Obama's 2008 run for the White House, his campaign and a host of other credible sources repeatedly debunked the conspiracy theory that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, and was thus ineligible to serve as president. But this failed to quell the "birther" movement, whose acolytes have filed more than 60 civil lawsuits challenging the president's citizenship. None of these suits have gone anywhere in court. But birthers say that's because Obama has unleashed a phalanx of powerful lawyers to silence them—spending $1.7 million in the process, according to WorldNetDaily (WND), an enthusiastic online promoter of the birthers' cause.

(...)

Roger West, an assistant US attorney in the central district of California, represented the government in a lawsuit brought by Taitz on behalf of perennial presidential candidate Alan Keyes, asking the court to require that Obama prove he is a natural-born citizen. The case has dragged on for more than a year, mostly because Taitz, a graduate of an online, unaccredited law school, failed to serve the defendants. Judge David O. Carter dismissed the suit in October for a host of reasons, but Taitz has appealed. Yet West says that far from bleeding his office, Taitz and her co-counsel Gary Kreep have assembled such a weak case that he hasn't had to spend much time on it. "I filed one motion that didn't take too long, we've had two hearings and that's it," he says. "It's not like we've devoted some sort of task force to this."

Army Major Rebecca Ausprung handled two of the birther cases against the Department of the Army that disputed Obama's authority as commander in chief to order soldiers to war. Ausprung says she spent a few hours drafting motions and doing research, and she did have to make three short trips to Georgia from Arlington, Virginia. She prevailed in both cases. "The monetary cost to the government in defending these two cases was extremely minimal," she says.

(...)

But not only have the birthers shown little gratitude to the judges who have indulged them, their court losses have also fueled the conspiracy theories that the judges had hoped to extinguish. Taitz accused US District Judge Clay Land of having improperly discussed one of her cases with Attorney General Eric Holder, and submitted a sworn eyewitness account describing a clandestine meeting in a Columbus, Georgia, coffee shop between the judge and a man with a "trim upper lip mustache, not large of stature and general olive complexion"—whom the source naturally assumed to be the attorney general. On the day in question, however, Holder was making a public appearance 2,000 miles away in Los Angeles. Expect the birthers' theories to become even more far-fetched as their legal endeavors continue to fail.

As Sarah Palin indulges in birther conspiracy theories, she doesn't seem to realize that her very own struggle to hide Trig's birth certificate will get more and more complicated - because too many very well-informed people know by now that Sarah faked her pregnancy with Trig.

So it's not surprising at all that author Joe McGinniss prompty tweeted an hour ago:

Oh, my. Sarah Palin says Obama has spent $2million to hide his birth certificate. http://bit.ly/ieGT8V But what about Trig's?

President and pretender can have birth certificate show'n'tell: I'll show you mine when you show me Trig's. http://bit.ly/e8c8QS

Palin wants O's birth certificate http://bit.ly/ieGT8V ? She must think Pandora's Box is a zone defense used in women's basketball.

So, Sarah, where is it? And just what is it that you are hiding on Trig's birth certificate that you don't want us to know about?

Could you at least please ask Alaskan Governor Parnell to confirm that Trig was born on April 18, 2008, just like Hawaii's Republican Governor Linda Lingle confirmed that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii?

UPDATE:

Today, Michael Isikoff from NBC News delivered the ultimate "slam-dunk" on the Obama birther issue:

http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/42519951/ns/politics-more_politics/

He reports:
As the top Hawaiian official in charge of state health records in 2008, when the issue of Obama's birth first arose, Fukino said she thought she had put the matter to rest. Contacted by NBC, Fukino expanded on previous public statements and made two key points when asked about Trump's recent comments.

The first is that the original so-called "long form" birth certificate — described by Hawaiian officials as a "record of live birth" — absolutely exists, located in a bound volume in a file cabinet on the first floor of the state Department of Health. Fukimo said she has personally inspected it — twice. The first time was in late October 2008, during the closing days of the presidential campaign, when the communications director for the state's then Republican governor, Linda Lingle (who appointed Fukino) asked if she could make a public statement in response to claims then circulating on the Internet that Obama was actually born in Kenya.

Before she would do so, Fukino said, she wanted to inspect the files — and did so, taking with her the state official in charge of vital records. She found the original birth record, properly numbered, half typed and half handwritten, and signed by the doctor who delivered Obama, located in the files. She then put out a public statement asserting to the document's validity. She later put out another public statement in July 2009 — after reviewing the original birth record a second time.
Story: Trump: I have ‘real doubts’ Obama was born in U.S.

"It is real, and no amount of saying it is not, is going to change that," Fukino said. Moreover, she added, her boss at the time, Lingle — who was backing John McCain for president — would presumably have to be in on any cover up since Fukino made her public comment at the governor's office's request. "Why would a Republican governor — who was stumping for the other guy — hold out on a big secret?" she asked.

Her second point — one she made repeatedly in the interview — is that the shorter, computer generated "certification of live birth" that was obtained by the Obama campaign in 2007 and has since been publicly released is the standard document that anybody requesting their birth certificate from the state of Hawaii would receive from the health department.

The document was distributed to the Obama campaign in 2007 after Obama, at the request of a campaign official, personally signed a Hawaii birth certificate request form downloaded on the Internet, according to a former campaign official who asked for anonymity. (Obama was "testy" when asked to sign the form but did so anyway to put the issue to rest, the former campaign official said. The White House has dismissed all questions about the president's birth as "fictional nonsense.")

The certification that the campaign received back —which shows that Obama was born in Honolulu at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961 — was based on the content of the original document in state files, Fukino said.

"What he got, everybody got," said Fukino. "He put out exactly what everybody gets when they ask for a birth certificate."

Sarah Palin never looked any stupider than today, and that's quite an achievement.
